Previously served as Eastern Region Managing Partner for the Hay Group and Partner in Charge of the NY Office of the Hay Group (1969-1989).
Served as Eastern Region Partner and Partner in Charge of the New York Office for the ABC Practice at Deloitte from 1989 to 1991.
Elected as an Independent Outside Director of Hauppauge Digital, Inc., Traded on NASDAQ as HAUP. Elected Chair of the Board’s Compensation Committee in 2004. Term ended after 6 years of tenure.

Serves as Named Executive Compensation Advisor for approximately 12 publicly traded companies (in Proxy Statements), and Not-For-Profit organizations (in Form 990s).
