With forty years of experience working with the Boys & Girls Clubs on local, regional and national levels, Skanes has served as the Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester since 1994. He has been a Board member for over 15 years on the Association of Boys & Girls Clubs Professionals (ABGCP) and is Chairman of the Hudson Valley Chapter. He also serves on the President’s Council of the Northern Westchester Hospital Center. Currently President of the New York State Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, he is a distinguished member of the Academy of Boys & Girls Clubs of America. He serves as a career consultant with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and is a member of their Career Advancement Team. Skanes received his B.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts.


Robert L. Cooper

He works with senior leaders to develop work cultures that provide high customer and staff satisfaction and engagement. Rob has developed and directed programs for universities, children’s hospitals, healthcare institutions, public broadcasting, performing arts, human services, libraries, public/private partnerships, national membership associations and corporate philanthropic contribution programs.

Gregory Muth

Naomi Koller

Career Specialist, Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS)

Naomi Koller focuses on strengthening both organizations and individuals through executive development and one-on-one coaching.  As the Career Specialist at Westchester Jewish Community Services [WJCS], Naomi works within the Connect to Care program, which focuses on strategic solutions for individuals with employment instability in Westchester County.  Most recently, Naomi developed and facilitated a five-day course entitled WJCS Career Bootcamp through a grant from UJA Federation; this program is targeted toward the transitioning Mature Worker.

Drawing on her background in marketing, including 15 years of experience in sales management, and branding; Naomi has an ability to formulate career strategies based on marketing concepts. Her professional experience includes building organizational hierarchies through recruitment and coaching, and developing programming within the non-profit sectorShe regularly speaks on social media best practices for personal career branding.

Her emphasis on community collaboration has led to a number of volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles, including Board Member for Hands Up for Haiti and Business Advisor at Consulting for a Cause.

Naomi has MBA and BBA degrees in Marketing from Pace University where she has been an adjunct professor since 2000. Additionally, Naomi is certified in Online Curriculum Development.
