Nadel is President of The Nadel Consulting Group, Inc., (1991) an Independent Management Consulting firm devoted to the practice of strategic management, human resources and executive and employee pay issues at all levels within an organization and their role in the achievement of business success.
Previously served as Eastern Region Managing Partner for the Hay Group and Partner in Charge of the NY Office of the Hay Group (1969-1989).
Served as Eastern Region Partner and Partner in Charge of the New York Office for the ABC Practice at Deloitte from 1989 to 1991.
Elected as an Independent Outside Director of Hauppauge Digital, Inc., Traded on NASDAQ as HAUP. Elected Chair of the Board’s Compensation Committee in 2004. Term ended after 6 years of tenure.

Serves as Named Executive Compensation Advisor for approximately 12 publicly traded companies (in Proxy Statements), and Not-For-Profit organizations (in Form 990s).
Served as an Expert Witness and Litigation Consultant in a variety of cases in reasonable compensation, management practices.
Served as President of HRNY (The Human Resources Association of New York-SHRM Chapter) which has 2,000 members. Served as Director of the Westchester Chapter of SHRM.
Served as Interim Executive Director for The New York Business Group on Health, Inc., from 1994 to 1996. NYBGH is “the Voice of Business on Health issues” in NY. (Now called NEBGH).
Member of the National Advisory Board for Managed Care for the Pfizer Corporation, and also a Member of the Advisory Board on “Healthy Babies, Healthy Business”, for the March of Dimes.
