Our team will assess the philanthropic attitude among key staff, top volunteer leaders and prospects regarding the strengths and weaknesses – perceived or real – of your organization and its operations. This campaign readiness study will include personal, confidential interviewing of key stakeholders to help your nonprofit promote its vision, uncover potential barriers to success and serve as an initial cultivation component for top donor prospects.
- Action Plan
CFC helps our clients turn prospects into donors by using Moves Management, a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) program. This includes establishing specific goals and timeframes for each constituency and developing cultivation plans for different donor groups and for each newly identified major gift prospect. We help you form personal, lifelong relationships with your donors and assist you in developing a series of solicitation strategies to increase the success of your efforts by targeting prime donor prospects.
- Hands-on Execution and Ongoing Support
Through comprehensive research, we will provide effective strategies for your agency to cultivate and solicit major donor prospects; plan and host kick-off cultivation events for each constituency; initiate donor recognition activities; and launch recurring and multiple-gift campaigns. Further, we will assist you in implementing strategies to engage stakeholders (such as face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations, personal notes, and emails).
